Bible Study, August 2, 2013, Reading from The Shorter Christian Prayer, pg 278, God our creator, you gave us the earth to cultivate and the sun to serve our needs.Help us spend this day for your glory and our neighbors good. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ , your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive our trespassers. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I ask you to forgive me my sins. I ask to come into my heart. I make you my Lord and Savior. Amen.If you prayed this prayer, you are born again into Christ, washed and covered in the blood of Jesus. Get into a good Bible preaching church and continue to read long in the scriptures with us. Father God, bless our day. Be with us and our families. Heal the sick and bind up the broken hearted. Amen.
