Big Congratulations to Gabrielle Stewart, had never trained before in her life until March 2014 when started doing fitness classes twice per week. Feeling the benefits of the cardio classes wanted to build strength so started weight training as a complete beginner a month later. With no fancy diets nor trying to lose weight has lost just under 1.5 stone but strength levels relative to her stage of development are progressing rapidly. FIRST ever attempt at 80kg back squat. Inspiration to anyone to start training ;-)
