Big News. I informed my employer today that I am retiring on March 06. I will be 63 on Friday and there have been a few recent personal events that made me realize that it is time to retire. We never have enough money. We never have all the material needs that we think we need. At some point, we have to realize that money doesnt matter. It is about our children. Our grandchildren. It is about our legacy. It is about how we are to be remembered; and I do not want to be remembered for being a good hard worker. I will continue to teach. Continue to be involved with church. And in my free time, look at how I can make some impact, regardless of how small it may be, on those around me. It is just time.
