Big News! Platte County and the City of Parkville today formally announced the grand opening date of Platte Landing Park. This 140 acre park includes two miles of walking trails, a new boat ramp into the Missouri River, and Platte County’s first off-leash area for dogs. A ribbon cutting will be held on June 21st at 10:00 AM at the new park, which is located at the end of Main Street in Parkville adjacent to English Landing Park.
