Big Silly win 12-6 Superb opening performance and win for Big Silly tonight. We played a decent team in the top division and lead the whole game after a tight first 10 minutes which we dominated physically and took all our chances. I hope the opposition brought shin pads as they spent the game being smashed by Big Silly which lead to a lot of whinging and whining at the ref! The goal of the game came in the first half when Shark turned his man wide on the right hand side like Quaresma, and with the outside of his right foot sent a curled effort into the top corner leaving the goalkeeper a spectator. We we fortunate to bump into Daniel Banks before the match and he produced the magic he is remembered for in a first half in a first half he was occasionally busy in. No rapping tonight unfortunately. Our man of the match was Joe Cowan and he had a rambo-esque performance today in defence and managed to score a couple of goals too. Our kit is yellow just like AP but thats where the similarity ends thank god as we have a 100% record and a goal difference of +6!
