Big businesses and often senior managers are the lynchpins of bribery and corruption, according to a global study out today. A study by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) found that, rather than rogue staff doing what it takes to win contracts, chief executives and boards often know bribes are being paid.
