Big day yesterday for Tara. She won her class and best overall female lifter with 571lb squat 335lb bench press and 451lb deadlift. There is video that we will post later today. Andra had a great first meet with a national record deadlift. I got my opener bench of 550lbs but had an issue with the tricep I tore last June so decided against anymore attempts. I will try benching again today and see if the tricep holds up. Jay will be lifting today starting about 9am and I will go close to noon if everything goes smoothly.
