Big difference between GFS and the Parallel GFS. The parallel GFS like the Canadian has a deepening low to the Great Lakes. That track would be a warmer atmosphere for much of the east and means rain for most places except for well inland areas in upstate NY and interior New England. And even in those areas warmer air will penetrate at some point. Track and development here make a huge difference. Again I want to emphasize that I am not ready to make a specific forecast at this point until the issue of track and development is settled.
