Big shout out for Hertz Rent A Car ... God found favor which always humbles me as I am the least worthy ... we rented from the Scottsbluff Airport in Nebraska at the last minute as the Enterprise car deal was not going to work out ... it was a matter of a mid size vs a cracker box on wheels for a one way rental which can get tricky with two women luggage and two VERY pampered pooches making the trip home to the ATL. Was thinking the whole time Hertz would be too pricey ... however ... we got the ONLY mid size car they had left, drove for three days over a span of 1400 miles, spent a mere $110 for gas for the entire way, and when we called to return it tonight ... the so called one way $500 drop fee and insurance miraculously shrank in size. We paid a total of $327.00 for the whole deal plus gas for a 1400 mile journey. WOOOOOOOWZA!~ Thank you Lord for favor .... I have paid more for a local rental for a few days compared to traveling 1/2 the nation over to get home for that price tag. God is good!
