Big thanks to all those helping on Sunday at the Up and Running MK Winter Half marathon at the Redway Runners water station with Diane Gilbert we have Debbie Dickinson, Gwen Jones, Lynda Murray, Annette Kraft, Angela Irving, Stella Bell, Mick Bates, Jen Bates, Neil Solanki, Marcus Knee, Julie Martin, Steph Martin and Ali Rutherford. You need to start setting up at 10.10am but maybe park up by 10am to walk to position; public car park off Davy Avenue in Knowlhill, through a restricted height access archway. There are mince pies for the helpers, people are free to bring snack and warm drink, wrap up as very open there and maybe don something festive? More are welcome to come along and help and/or just cheer the runners as at mile 9 it is most needed (Martin/Diane)
