Big trouble for me today!!! This cold and windy weather is driving me nuts and I want to eat something to get comfort and warm :( I cant imagine what its like in other parts of the country if its this cold way up north. The sudden cold weather is affecting me negatively diet wise. Besides the fact that I constantly want to eat, Im also not consuming enough water. I dont like tea and thus my liquid intake for the day will be a bit low. I decided on the warm tuna meal with onions and tomato in an attempt to heat my body from the inside. And for some extra kick, I added some chillies to heat things up properly. The dish was nice and hot and hopefully it will do the trick for the afternoon ;) I hope everybody is warm and ready for the rest of the afternoon as well.......
