Participation Charges : Rs.30750/- (Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred& Fifty Rupees Only Per Person ).Payment to be made in the name of Milestone Enterprise, by cheque, cash or online transfer Participation Charges include: Stay and food as mentioned in the itinerary and accommodation on twin sharing basis. Participation Charges does not include : Railway/Air /Surface travel expense up to the reporting destination. Mineral water expenses, personal expenses, fuel cost and every expense not mentioned in Participation Charges include. Supports : One back-up vehicle and an expedition expert to guide the group. One travel bag worth Rs.5000/-will be given to each participant Taking enrolments -First cum first serve basis on full participation fees received, minimum 150CC and above powerbike in good condition Furnished documents of the vehicle, Rider’s licence, Xerox of R.C book, Insurance and Road Tax Hotel and Tent arrangements -A/C accommodation in Chandigarh (Twin sharing basis) Non A/C decent accommodation in Manali and Leh (Twin sharing basis) Nubra, and Sarchu Tents Twin Sharing basis Medical Aid –First Aid will be available. Food Arrangements -Indian light veg food regularly available will be provided . Pilot Vehicles : Pick-up Van (1 no) to carry fuel, break-down vehicles of participants. Accurate Information -Required important information regarding the Route, distances, altitudes, places of interest, travel assistance from origin to reporting destination and back will also be provided. Terms and Conditions for the participants of the Bike Expedition. The organisers reserve the right to suspend a participant if he/she fails to produce original documents on the day of reporting, also if the bike bought is not in proper condition or is modified. Misbehaving or violating rules and regulations set by the organisers will also lead to suspension of the participant. In case of suspension the participant does not get any refund, and he has to leave the group with immediate effect and bear all expenses by himself. The participant may withdraw his/her participation at any time during the expedition in writing to the organisers. Under such circumstances it is the responsibility of the participant to arrange and bear the cost for subsequent onward travel, food and accommodation for himself/herself. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the bike expedition or to alter or reduce the route including the starting and finishing point. Cancellation Rules for the Participant: If the participant decides to withdraw his/her participation 30 days before the commencement of the bike expedition he/she will be entitled for 30% amount refund of the participation charges paid by him/her.
