Crunch up and hold -- shoulder blades off floor, arms stretched out, and paddle for 8 counts. 3. Raise arms and legs overhead -- keep shoulder blades off floor, arms and legs straight 4. Lower legs to about 45 angle -- hold, place hands behind head 5. Leg Xs -- cross one leg over the other and switch, 4 counts wide and slow, 4 counts fast and narrow. 5. Back to crunch position. Breathe through the exercise and make sure to engage your core...you will feel it
