Bilawal’s speech on the sixth anniversary of the Karsaz bombings of October 2007 -- which killed at least 150 people as his mother, Benazir Bhutto returned to the country -- bordered on the comic. He is obviously not cut out for the role foisted upon him – made to deliver a speech that simply exposed both his lack of statesmanship and his limited command over a language he clearly remains uncomfortable with.
