Bilderberger’s Connected to Underground Alien Facilities 8 june 2013 DULCE — Rumor has it that a top-secret underground base is located in North Western New Mexico. The joint alien-human underground facility is said to be located in or around Dulce (New Mexico) according to workers, locals, and abductees, whistleblowers. Cattle mutilations have riddled the area, as some have reported the use of laser type surgical incisions. The Dulce facility is a rumored bio-genetics lab connected to Los Alamos Labs by way of VHST (Vary High Speed Transit) constructed by the Rand Corp. The Dulce facility is vast and deep according to whistleblowers like Phil Schieder and others. Genetic experimentation exists in the lower levels according to eyewitnesses and leaked photos. But why does such a facility exist, and who operates it? According to some reports, the aliens are under treaty with the United States government by way of treaty signed in the early 1940′s, and others such as the Greada Treaty later. Eisenhower and others were aware of the extraterrestrial existence on earth. MJ-12 or Majestic 12 was formed in response along with members of the Bilderberg Group including David Rockefeller. The alien operations soon shifted from South America to the Southwestern United States upon completion of the Dulce underground facility. It has been reported by many that president Eisenhower and other members of MJ12 and the US Government did indeed meet with extraterrestrials. The inhabitants of Dulce are human-reptillian hybrids, that are using earth as a future staging post for their race during an unannounced future event that is growing close. The Dulce facility, and others (built by the Rand Corp.) are located in certain geographical areas for a reason. The Trilateral Commission, and some bilderberg members are privy to this level of information, while only a handful are approved for clearance.
