The Bilingual Community Manager will communicate with multi-media communication channels, manage conversational calendars, engage with customers through social media, implement the company’s online community strategy, foster community spirit, coordinate internally with the editorial and marketing teams to support their missions and participate in new initiatives and presentations to expand services offered. The Bilingual Community Manager will ensure the company continues to remain strategically opportunistic by continually evaluating the company’s on-line marketing and outreach strategies, support senior staff in development, management and maintenance of consumer services initiatives, create fact responses, partner with association account leads assigned to the brands and keep up-to-date on social media industry trends and best practices. Must have 1-3 years of marketing, social media or branding experience. Prefer writing experience. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree. Must have MSWD and Excel skills. Must have understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter and blogging. Prefer any knowledge of baby or child care products. Must have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Radian6 would be a plus. Additional Information: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 1:30pm - 10:00pm. Must be available to work both shifts, weekends are included.
