Bilingual Customer Service Representative Full time, Permanent Location: Head Office, Toronto, ON Genuine Health has a current opening for a dynamic, energetic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Qualified applicants will, first and foremost, possess the ability to provide superior service to our customers – retailers, consumers and internal support. Key responsibilities include entering orders, cross-selling products, identifying customer needs, and explaining our products, processes and retailer specials. The incumbent will represent the company in a positive manner, answering various questions, returning calls and fulfilling special requests in a timely, professional and pleasant manner. The individual will contribute to the team effort by being proactive in their job and by performing other job-related tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities Include •Respond in a timely manner to incoming email and phone calls •Answer product questions & perform necessary research •Provide customer insights by logging all consumer feedback •Enter all orders into the system •Trace outstanding orders on-line and through discussions with the warehouse •Investigate shortages and communicate with warehouses •Up sell orders with retailers by suggesting new products and additional quantities for greater discounts •Process returns and arrange pick-ups •Process credits and invoice corrections •Process short-shipment notifications from stores •Process consumer exchanges and refunds •Act as a liaison with sales team •Respond to and process customer complaints •Provide support on special projects as needed Skills and Qualifications •Post secondary degree or diploma – Communications, Naturopathy or other health degrees considered an asset •Minimum 2 years previous experience in an inbound customer service role •Must be fully fluent in French and English (written and verbal) •Interest and/or experience in the natural health care industry a strong asset •Strong independent communicator, both verbal and written •Self starter with a proven track record of taking initiative •Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills •Detail-oriented with demonstrated time management, and multi-tasking abilities •High level of administrative and organizational skills •Team player •Excellent computer skills including Outlook •CRM system experience considered an asset Should you or anyone you know be interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume in confidence to [email protected] We thank all those for applying but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
