Billy Joe Jones Age 73, of Pennsboro, WV, departed this life on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus in Parkersburg. Billy was born February 02, 1941 in Pennsboro, WV, a son of the late Haymond Arthur and Ida Ellen (Cunningham) Jones. Billy was retired after many years of service as a water treatment operator for the City of Pennsboro and the state of West Virginia. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army being stationed in Korea, during the Vietnam era. He was a graduate of Pennsboro High School with the class of 1959 and dearly loved fishing. He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Stackpole and husband Bob of Parkersburg, WV; grandchildren, Jeremy Stackpole and wife Ashley of Devola, OH; Miriah Martin of Belpre, OH; Courtney Stackpole of Parkersburg, WV; sister, Rosalea Jones of Pennsboro, WV; brother, Ronald Jones of Pennsboro, WV, along with many loving nieces & nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Erma Jean Jett and brother, Bobby Lee Jones. Visitation for Billy will be from 5-8 PM on Monday, January 12, 2015, at the McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro.
