Billye Brim Blog November 11, 2014 From the Parsonage Wow! Praise the Lord! What Meetings! After so much glory, I have been resting. When a little more resting, and a lot more digesting have taken place, I will write more about them. But now, here is a need you can meet. You have heard of someone needing “an encouraging WORD.” Let’s just add a “C” and mix the other letters up a little. An “encouraging CROWD” is needed! Our dear and world-renowned Israeli friend, Dudu Fisher, is dedicating his outstanding show “Jerusalem” to Christians United for Israel this upcoming Saturday night, November 15. Dr. Larry Ollison’s Ministry has teamed with Billye Brim Ministries to reserve the Caravelle Theater where Dudu Fisher’s show is regularly presented. After very nominal theater costs are met, the proceeds will go to Christians United for Israel On Campus — a program to empower Christian student leaders to stand with Israel and the Jewish people at this crucial time. There is much opposition on college campuses. And, if you have been keeping up with the news, some are saying a third intifada (uprising) has been called for by Abbas, the so-called moderate leader of the PA. This may bring even more campus opposition. We need to maximize our on campus efforts. We are encouraging you to come and stand with us at this event. And besides the wonderful show you will see, and the fellowship we can have, I just feel Dudu needs the encouragement of seeing the seats full of those who love and support “the apple of God’s eye.” (As of this writing, and it is late, we have only about 1/7th of the seats filled.)
