Incumbent will represent the Pacific Islands Fish and Wildlife Office and Fish and Wildlife Service as a technical expert on Marianas Archipelago fish and wildlife issues; provide office management and leadership services by setting priorities based on knowledge of resource priorities, applicable budgetary allocations, and directives; and directly supervise staff providing technical, scientific, administrative, and policy support for activities.
