Bird Cages - this proves that the birds are being caught and the poachers are doing this in open. We found these in Osman Sagar. Along with the cages, some fishing nets have been placed near these cages in such a way, that they are not visible unless you trip on them, and the birds that walk on these nets get trapped. We thought of destroying these nets, but have noticed a couple of villagers observing us from a distance. They have setup all this, and were waiting for the birds to get trapped from a distance. We have seen nearly 3-4 of these cages in the same area. We need to do some thing to prevent this. I know fighting with the locals regarding this is difficult, and the only way is to approach through the government sources / educate them with the evils of poaching.
