Birds of a feather flock together. We push away what does not - TopicsExpress

Birds of a feather flock together. We push away what does not serve us and encourage that which does serve us - But how does this serve us? If I find myself within a pit of snakes... this is a good indication I have foregone values and principles and because of refusal to listen to indicators (pushing away that which does not serve this interest I identified as me at the time). I have simply drawn to me the level of principle I am then currently inhabiting. What is real in the clasp of a snake? Can you know which part is bone and which part is leg? It is ok, the snake will sympathize with your form, and by trusting the snake by just even spending time with the snake you unconsciously learn to become one yourself, losing your grip on reality... then the dumping comes, the moment you are dumped into reality, when the snakey reality falls away as though a facade - then you face pain and quickly it is realised what youve done wrong. Never lose yourself. You are alone. Find things worthy of trust and grab hold for all your life. Of course, the snake is a metaphor for people that stand for nothing and yet stand for everything. Tepid.
