Birth is a powerful event in our lives for Women, Men and babies, for all those who witness it. If after 42 years and over 6000 births I could give everyone the many remarkable gifts form birth it would be knowledge! More important than helping a mother give birth ,seeing one or helping the single most important variable is the mothers own knowledge. There is so much false information out on the internet, in public, true beliefs honored and taught as tech that are blatantly wrong, false. Junk science by prestigious groups like the Cochran data base is issued to doctors like the word of God yet rescinded within months! So how does one navigate all of this? ACHI child birth classes. Yep a simple research driven childbirth class can teach one how to study a study, how to tell if some passionate birth philosophy has any real value for safety, comfort. Since 1966 I have been deeply studying what works what doesnt and how to give women and their babies safer births for babies, shorter labors more effective labors, better oxygenation for babies and better outcomes. Birth creates families. I am happy to share my research and knowledge. ACHI is a vehicle that does this a training and research organization . Join me !
