Biscuits (makes about 10) (Savoury like kfcs) 2 cups of Flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp sugar 1/2 cup or 1/2 butter cold 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp butter melted preheat oven to 400. Sift all dry ingredients together then rub in cold butter to form a crumble. Mix sour cream n milk together and add all to dry mixture. Mix in to hold together but do not knead. Dust flour board n roll out dough about 3/4. Cut with cookie cutter or glass into circles. Placed on ungreased cookie tray and cook for 7 minutes take out n brush on melted butter. Cook for 5 mins. Take out n brush on butter again. Served warm.
