Bismillah. In the name of God the Most Compassionate the Most Merciful. The merciful will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Be merciful to those on the earth and the One above the heavens will have mercy on you - the famous Hadith of Mercy, transmitted to the blessed gathering at the Time: Your Lifes Capital event at Islamic Center at New York University by our beloved Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi. To sit and learn at the feet of a direct descendant of the Best of all creation salAllahu alayhi wasallam (upon whom be the perfect and eternal peace and blessings of God as well as his family and companions) was an indelible experience beyond words. To quote Imam Khalid Latif, if all present are meant to be in each others presence only this single time in our worldly lives, may we also be reunited with each other in the best of reunions in the best of places in the hereafter. I love you all for the sake of God. May He purify our intentions, and accept our efforts for His pleasure, and the service of His creation and His deen!
