Bit annoyed with HSBC right now. I posted them all of the evidence with a clear letter 2 weeks ago. Called them at the beginning of the week to follow it up and they said they had it all just needed me to gill out a form and they would email it to me tight away. No email has arrived so Ill have to ring them again next week. It all looks like its going on the right direction but Im a little fed up with it all now.
