Bit of a shocker today as we received to Low Emission Penalty Notices for the VIA Tour Bus for driving to the AvN Rugby match then a second penalty when we walked out of London on the 05th of May. The penalties for each offence are £500 so £1k fine which would be fine of we knew anything about it but we had no knowledge of any charges. We checked congestion charges and as it was on a Saturday and Bank Holiday we didnt have to pay but we knew nothing of this.have put together a letter explaining what we were doing and why but not too confident it will be of any use. Does anyone have any experience of this?
