Bittersweet day! My fav young man leaves today after another long summer visit. After many years of these visits, this one seems more special, maybe because I know it will likely be the last of its kind. Sixteen short years ago this week I cut his cord---this week I let him drive for the first time! (oh...and took him to his first rock concert :)) My oh my, how time do fly. Next year will bring a summer job...likely a special girl to spend time with....more new experiences. Life will move forward as it should. Makes our time together all the more special.
