Bizniz UNusual. the dolores (eastern samar) boulevard where the dock and market are located is the busiest place in town on a regular weekday from 7am to 11am. but not today. these pics--taken between 8:30am to 9:30am today--show a ghost town in the making. the culprit: super typhoon ruby, estimated to directly hit this town (location of our parish of st. joachim) tomorrow afternoon.. where have all the merchants gone?
