Bklyn pals - Will and I are moving out of our rent stabilized place in South Slope July 1st. Great for a couple who are musicians who like to play music and work from home with sense of space. Wood floors, tin ceilings, old school vibe. 10 minute walk to Prospect Park. Lots of great rest/bars/organic food/farmers market etc. Not too many strollers at this end(!) Affordable. 2nd floor walk up. Birds and trees out tall windows. Greenwood at top of street. Furnishings and stuff for sale for cheap. Come n get it! real estate agents are on it already but I can put you in touch with the nice one. We paid no fee to move in.
