Maple Walnut Butternut Squash Ingredients: • 1 jar LollipopTree® Maple Walnut Cream (11oz) • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened • ½ cup sugar • 2 eggs, beaten • ½ cup milk • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 2 cups cooked butternut squash, mashed Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter an 11x7-inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until squash is almost set. Remove from oven. Drop spoonfuls of Maple Walnut Cream on top of squash. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serves 8.
