Black People are not the Power Positions, to Negatively Impact Whites, Asians or any other Ethnic Group In Quality of Life Matters. Whites can systematically deny Blacks, as a Group, access to Gainful Employment. That is Racism. Blacks can be Prejudice. Blacks can be Biased. and Blacks can be Racial Chauvinists. Yet, the Racial Animus that Black People feel Does not manifest as Racism. because Prejudiced Black People can not Deny Whites as a group, access to Colleges and Universities. Biased Blacks can not deny Asians, as a group, access to Venture Capital, Business loans, Mortgages and College loans. That is Racism . Racism Consists of Institutional Barriers that Negatively Impacts an Ethnic Groups ability to secure Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness Black People are Not in the Positions of Power to be Racist.
