Black coffee! :P He did not feel like waking his mother up since he knew how tired she was. In spite of being a lazy bum, this fourth grader walked up to the manual drip-brewer, picked it up, and poured the coffee concoction in a glass. From what he had learnt from seeing his mother prepare the coffee, he knew that he had to add milk to it, but lazy that he was, he didnt add any. He added a spoonful of sugar, stirred it, and sipped it. What would have tasted bitter and disgusting to anyone tasted magical to him. His mother woke up to see him drinking the coffee concoction. Youre supposed to add milk to it. She said. I know, Mom, but it tastes better this way. He said. I am sure you were too lazy to add milk to it. She smiled. Since then, he has been drinking black coffee. Its been more than 12 years now. Once, one of his ex-girlfriends had asked him if he drinks black coffee to impress the girls. He asked her which girl would get impressed by someone drinking such a bitter drink. When he couldnt convince her, he called him mom and passed the phone to his girlfriend. His love for black coffee is just a result of his laziness to add milk to it. His mom said. - Rounak Nayak. :)
