Black people: We need to do better. Im not knocking anyone for buying Jordans, but why is that people will stand in long lines to get a pair of shoes ;something that will not hold value once it is on your foot. Then the moment someone suggests a book or seminar that teaches you how to better your life and stop living paycheck to paycheck, start a business, make investments, increase your skill set in your career field, or life changing info you say too expensive. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting change. Treat yourself to your material things sometimes, but dont make excuses about why you cant afford something when it comes to something that really impacts your future then ridicule or hate on the next man for living his dream because he made different choices.
