Black people in the South sold 1 billion bushels of cotton to England alone. Even today blacks control only 2% of the wealth since 1860! It was 1% before that. It moved 1% in one hundred years. What that means is that every white person is born with 87% of what he needs to be successful in his community. It is called inherited wealth. Black kids come in with zero. It doesnt matter how much you scream at them they are not crazy. You as parents are failing if you are not giving them the tools. A black kid cant inherit food stamps, welfare, or public housing. You cant not motivate a child to be successful. Motivation means giving someone interest in doing something. What you got do is Empower these young people. I see all these blacks running around talking about they are a motivational speakers! That is a pimp and hustler! You dont motivate black people you empower them. Here is the difference.
