Black people or any other group is NOT monolithic. Everyone will not agree and thats perfectly fine. As long as the goals are the same. I can drive more than one way from Homewood to Downtown (if thats the goal). I created a local drive to spend more in our communities and to boycott Black Friday shopping. Some boycotted in support of community/minority owned businesses, racial, political, judicial and economic reasons. At the end of the day.....we pretty much had the same goals.....To spend so much time FIGHTING each other distracts us from the mission of our work. As the result --- those in control....stays in control without any accountability. There is a lot of people lurking and pondering their role in the movement. Lets give them a reason to join in the fight! Peace!
