Blake said I should share my vegan tart recipe, so here it is. 1 package mini graham cracker crusts and 1 can cherry pie filling! Heat and eat! Easy, gluten-free, dairy-free and yummy! Also, made vegan ice-cream. 1 cold can of coconut milk blended with frozen pineapple chunks. After blended, put in the freezer and mix every hour or so till firm. Easy and so Good! Can also put on a cookie sheet in the freezer, break up when frozen and then use food processor to make smooth. OMY so easy and guilt-free!
