Blaming the government for rotten, sneaky fare evaders again. Seen them on the train and bus and they are just sneaky and mostly social misfits and ratbags. It happens right across the country and the only way to deal with it would to be go backwards to tickets, conductors, one entry buses and closed off train stations etc. Just wont work. We will just have to employ more inspectors and that costs money. Fares will go up to cover the cost. A difficult area. Ratbags will always rort everything.
