Psalm 41:1 NIV Blessing Others Julian and William were walking to their elementary school, just like they did most days when they heard a faint sound of a man calling for help. They saw the man lying in his front yard in a pool of blood as a result of his broken nose and teeth. Ed had fallen over rocks in his yard and had been lying there for a couple of hours. William ran to the nearby fire station while Julian went in search of Ed’s wife. Soon the fire department and Ed’s wife arrived. Then the boys continued their walk to school and even made it on time. Later the fire department awarded each boy with a framed Good Citizen Award for helping someone in need. When you reach out to help others, you reflect the character of God.
