Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead .... [1 Peter 1:3] .... (His words, not mine!) :) (Sun. 9th March 2014) Read those words again! .... (Take note of how these men started their letters/epistles through-out the Bible/Paipera Tapu; there IS an ORDER/deep reverence to their words.) I feel prompted to start this posting with these words from the respected Protestant Historian, Jesse Lyman Hurlbuts book The Story of the Christian Church, (P.79) - it refers to the period between 313 AD., and 476 AD. The forms and ceremonies of paganism gradually crept into the worship. Some of the old heathen feasts became church festivals, with a change of name and worship. About 405 AD., images of saints and martyrs began to appear in the churches, at first as memorials, then in succession revered, adored, and worshiped. Quick re-cap, (as Ive been away from this page for a few days) - The Lord Jesus Christ is going to return to THIS Earth, to reign for-ever and ever! [Revelation 11:15] We, (flesh & blood humans) CANNOT see, enter OR inherit the Kingdom OF heaven; (NOT IN heaven) [John 3:3, 5.], [1 Corinthians 15:50] We do NOT go to heaven; there is not a single scripture (from Genesis to Revelation) to even REMOTELY support this myth. There are (how-ever) MANY scriptures that show CLEARLY that Jesus Christ is the FIRST-BORN FROM THE DEAD [Colossians 1:18] - meaning Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and all those who died BEFORE Christ did (on the cross, and then OVERCAME DEATH at His resurrection) have NOT been born again (of Spirit this time) yet, that will come at the sound of the last trump [1 Corinthians 15:52-53]. [Revelation 2:26-27] explains that THIS LIFE is our opportunity to become TRUE Followers of Christ, that if we follow HIS commands (through OBEDIENCE to His Word) we can be kings and priests in the soon coming Government of God to be set up on THIS EARTH [Matthew 5:5] The Book of Deuteronomy explains the Master Plan of God, yet, it has been veiled from mankind until now - (this end-time). Even the Book of Daniel was closed up and sealed until now. READ & HIGHLIGHT [Daniel 12:9-13].*Note verse 10! Only THE WISE will understand! Those who have hardened their hearts or live wicked lives WONT be any the wiser! *Note the very last verse (v.13) - Gods words to Daniel .....As for you, go your way till the end. You will rest (sleep), and then at the end of the days (at the sound of the last trumpet) you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance - (as explained in [1 Corinthians 15:50-54]!
