Blessed to see this, but this is why its the #grindumentary. Unlike the bread line, seasoning is something you may need to buy once a month. Thus with 20 or so stores in distribution, it either needs to be the best seasoning on earth or you need more distribution in order to generate enough revenue to buy more product to keep the stores stocked. By law, I have to use a co-packer who mass produce The Beneva Mayweather Seasoning Blends in order to even sell seasoning on the market in a store like Kroger. My co-packer has minimum orders that for a small business hurt my bottom line. For example, they make blends for KFC, so you already know Im their smallest client. When I expand my operations, this may not be a problem, but right now its whats in front of me. There is no excuse. I have to work harder and smarter to figure out how to grow with this company and keep the stores stocked. Plus Kroger looks bad with empty shelves. They dont want to have an empty slot in their stores. American Way Kroger already has me out of the system or at least off the planogram. Thats how big business rolls; so Im cool with it. I am investing in my website for independent sales, but keeping the stores stocked is one of my challenges. Its a grind yall, and no matter what Im blessed to even be here and have this problem. Im not happy at this moment, but Im not deterred either. Its just business. I value people and how I treat them over business anyway. Hell I need to work on that more than anything. So if youre feeling like the odds are stacked against you or you cant catch a break like others may seem to catch on IG, just know we all are going through it in some way. I am in no way complaining, just showing you all sides of this grind. I have 18 mores stores to check. So well see what it is.
