Blessings on this New Moon in Leo (see: astroshamans/2013/08/new-moon-in-leo-6-august-2013.html) and Transfiguration This it the right time for shapeshifting into what and who you truly want to be, simply using your power of imagination, hence being relaxed and playful, yet with the clear and determined awareness that this, far from being an idle daydreaming, is the first step decisive, crucial step towards manifestation. I wish you a most playful and luminous receptivity to your deepest creative wishes. This is not the time to be pragmatic or to be concerned about how to accomplish things. It is the moment to open up to your most authentic and unique aspirations, as you fully envisage them with no limitations. Later, as the cycle progresses, and especially with the next New Moon in Virgo, you may implement their practical implications and get down to work. Today is also the Christian Feast of Transfiguration and the anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. The Transfiguration relates to an exceptional episode of shapeshifting narrated in the New Testament (Matthew 17:1–9, Mark 9:2-8, Luke 9:28–36). Jesus and three of his apostles go to a mountain, where Jesus is transfigured, shining with bright rays of light, "His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them." Then the prophets Moses and Elijah appear next to him and he speaks with them. This episode is associated with the element fire, the third chakra energy, the reawakening and integration of the kundalini energy, the capacity to bridge the temporal and the eternal, heaven and earth.
