(Blog Post) So I wanted to share something with you guys today. Its something that took a lot of thought as to whether I wanted to bring up the subject. But you guys know me, I dont hide very much when it comes to my training and progress, and Im frankly honest in revealing what I do because I think it serves as a way of openly disclosing what a top level athlete does to truly obtain a look. I spent a lot of time over the last few months looking into research peptides, and how I may want to incorporate them in my supplement stack. Research peptides are not steroids, nor are they illegal as far as obtaining them. Some of them are on the WADA list, so if thats a concern for an athlete then those ones should be avoided. The peptides that Ive decided to include in my current stack are IGF-1 LR3, GHRP-2, and CJC 1295 w/ DAC. I guess I wrote this post for those folks - especially women - who have considered their efficacy in a training program as there isnt as many female logs online of women whove used them. There are some, but not as many as there are with guys documenting progress. Peptides are non-hormonal so they dont effect the body in the same way as AAS (steroids) do, but they can give a slight edge when it comes to lean mass and fat loss.
