Blood Sucker: August 17, 2013 at 5:54 pm (Quote) I thought HDB flat owners if using CPF to pay for their monthly instalments, it is compulsory for them to insure under the HPIS (Home Protection Insurance Scheme). From my understanding, if both owners passed away HPIS will pay off their outstanding loan amount which means this HDB flat will be fully paid. No more mortgage loan! Why still got outstanding mortgage loan???? When was MRI introduced???? KNS: August 17, 2013 at 5:59 pm (Quote) I thought HDB already offered HPS mortgage insurance? Why MRI? LPPL. Trying to confuse Singaporeans to show that the garment is “changing”. If the garment is serious in changing for the better, go and lower the price of new HDB flats, to 4 x average annual salaries of Singaporeans, as you pointed to donkey months ago. How come so slow in implementing this??? Waiting for the sun to rise from the west??? KNS.
