Blood pressure was 148/88 this morning!!!!! Not great but so much better. Still have the headache though. Mike cooked me baked fish last night with a small baked potato. I will be eating better, because he has that gleam in his eye....He said WE are going to get me back in shape. If you know Mike, you know he never really puts his foot down on anything that relates to me. He put his foot down when the doctor told us that my blood pressure had probably been running stroke level for weeks. I feel like it is just another challenge, but thats life. I am going to be positive. I cant lie though, I am feeling a little mad that I cant have chips. I am going to the store today to get Special K chips!!!
