Bloody bastards have taken Daves bike: it was D-locked to a clamp bolted into a sunken post with 1-way screws. FFS. Please share widely: STOLEN BIKE from Reading RG1 between 2130 Wed 3/09 and 0600 Thursday 4/09. It was a dark red Marin East Peak from 2009. Its a full suspension mountain bike with a a black seat (not in these photos) and white brakes. Distinctive features: golden seat post clamp and headset, yellow bumblebee bell (yes, really!) and there are only 2 chain rings at the front (should be 3). This was the bike he bought after his accident so that he could cycle again and I am wishing even worse things on the thieving buggers than I was yesterday.
