Blue Lake Seeks Executive Director The Board of Trustees of Blue Lake United Methodist Assembly is seeking to hire a full-time Executive Director. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of camp including operations, programming, staff supervision, facilities, financial accountability, fund raising, and Christian hospitality. The Executive Director will report to the Blue Lake Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate will be grounded in Christian faith consistent with beliefs of the United Methodist Church, possess a bachelors degree, have camp management experience, practice Christian hospitality, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, thrive in a team environment, and be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Compensation is dependent on experience and includes on-site housing, benefits and meals in camp when served for guests. Applications will be accepted until July 31, 2014.
