Blueberry Kiwi fruit-Cranberry Shake • 2 Tablespoon vanilla-flavoured F1 shake mix • 1 or 2 Tablespoon Personalised Protein Power F3 • 1/3 Cup non-fat dry milk power • 1 Cup low-calorie cranberry juice • 1/2 Cup frozen/fresh whole blue berries 1/2 Cup frozen/fresh kiwi fruit • A few drops orange extract • 4 Ice cubes Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
