Blues-E-News your partner in blues! Landfill Harmonic is an upcoming feature-length documentary about a remarkable musical orchestra in Paraguay, where the musicians play instruments made from trash! Music is a beautiful thing and without it much is lost! Here in the states we are closing music programs. Many gifted artists will never be, because they will never learn. with out programs like the blues foundations BITS (Blues In The Schools) program and countless artists donating their time to teach a child. Band camps for under privileged children and you, will the music fade away? While music can be a great gift to give to a friend or a loved one, there are children, hospital patients and others who could use the gift of music to make them smile. Unfortunately, music education programs and musical instruments are not always available to people who truly need them.
