Bo is back....What is clearly one of the prettiest purebred labs weve ever had, is also going to be one of the most challenging to place. That doesnt mean hes not adoptable, it just means we have to find the right home. The previous adopters took him and didnt follow through with their commitment to do additional training that we were providing. After 3 months as the perfect dog, Bo reverted back to his old ways of growling at people. You see Bo has confidence issues, but once hes part of a pack and recognizes you as his leader hes a dream dog. Bo is a dog that wants to belong to someone in the worst way and will totally devote himself to you, once hes comfortable with you and feels secure. However, to gain his confidence, someone will have to commit to time and training (which we will provide) or be someone with great leadership skills and knows their way around a dog. Or BOTH! Bos healthy, affectionate, great in the house and eager to please. Hes good with other dogs as long as he knows youre in charge and he doesnt need to protect himself.
